| Yes, but the $10 dollars is just for the final consumer.... because the idea with this kind of projects is that the government sponsor each laptop. That means that still is a $100 dollars but the government is paying $90 dollars for each one. But i also think, that even knowing this, is great that our countries spend money in this kind of projects of cheap laptops for everybody.
