I am installing matrix synapse server from source in Debian 10.

installing synapse from source was done

as in https://github.com/matrix-org/synapse/blob/master/INSTALL.md#installing-from-source

Next I went on to install the postgres.

When I ran the command

~/synapse/env/bin/pip install "matrix-synapse[postgres]"

I get the error message as specified in the file attached.

How can I move further after fixing this error. Please help.
