Actually,the meet has been put up on the main page of the website,just announced by Anurag.So,no need for a new thread.But we might need to add the directions to either the website/just wait for Sanjay to put up his GoogleMaps.
http://camputer.org/directions.html - took Kenneth's advice and didn't use Google:P. the page is a bit silly, will improve it when i get some time, but think it works. I would also suggest someone send a mail with a fresh subject out with the final details / agenda of the meet (or, just point people to the ilug-bom website, which looks really nice, btw. - neat job, folks)...
