Maybe I'm missing something here - but don't such guides already exist for all the Linux distros you listed?

Yes they do. But are scattered and we are working on a version for average users who want click-next approach. Its basically scratching my itch. I here run some install fest and come across queries from new users. These manuals will address those specific queries.
