 i've got a pc (p-2 machine).
The cost with SAmsung color monitor is nearly 10,500/-
This includes: p2 333MHz, 32 MB RAM, New keyboard, new mouse, new motherboard new cdrom.
For time being , i've put my 4.3 hdd.
This machine has new CPU assembly and may have to be upgraded with:
RAM, Sound Card,( external Modem if u need).
The machine seems quite a good deal, if u r interested let me know ASAP.

So may be the total cost will be:
Actual price         ->                10,500/-  ( price from the person i am negotiating inclusive of above mentioned items)
RAM                ->                01,500/- (approx if u need to upgrade to 128MB)
HDD(40GB)        ->                02,000/-(approx if u need a bigger hard disk)
SoundCard        ->                01,400/-( sound card+ Speaker if required)
Total  -> 16,000/- approx.(Max)

As of the day a new Celeron will cost u 18-20,000/-
New P3/P4 will go around 30-34,000/-

So Instead of investing a large sum , i think this can be a better deal. I've tested the machine, and it seems quite fast. The only problem being that of RAM. So let me know as soon as possible if u r interested. May be after 3-4 years u can go for a better mc. As of date P2 is more than enough for Home i think.
