Except the "without fees" wording. Which is not much of a
restriction.
You can charge for the contents of the database that you will be
creating. You can even make a binary only distro, which is not to my
liking, but then if someone does not want to share his code, who
cares.
In line with most other open licences, you may be open to patent
attacks.
are there any licenses that make one not open to patent attacks?
