Hi,
motorola says that SM56 modem will not support GNU/Linux based OS. they have
released drivers only for RH 7.1.
you can i either change your modem (externals are the best, while some
internal modems like pctel / conexant maybe supported) or shift to RH7.1
I can not get internet start up. I have motorola
sm56 internal modem.
my
ISP is sancharnet. I don't know my IP address, DNS
server names as well as
Domain Names. From where I can get all these?
you dont need ip/dns etc dialup manager will get it automatically
