How Many virt Domains have u created...

I had the same problem...

For every VirtDom I had two open files i.e error.log and access.log

and by the time my virt domains exceeded 600 i got the this problem.

i had to reduce the open files and then apache started working..

can u help me out as soon as possible. my prob is that after i created some virtual domains in the apache web server. i tried 2 restart the httpd service, but it failed. so i thought of restarting the system.but, while booting, while starting the services, it stops at "starting httpd service". so the system is not getting loaded fully.
