No, I am not a paid member, but Rajkumar gets mails
from RedHat on a regular basis as the company he
works
in is a channel partner of RedHat.

No, I did not go. And neither did all the others.
Apparently the plan fizzled out like a wet
firecracker. This was mainly due to lack of
positive
response. It is sad, but it happens all the time.
Whenever something new and exciting is planned,
there
is a lot of hoo-haa about it. But with passage of
time, the initiative is lost and people lose
interest.
The same was the case when FlashMob happened in
San
Fransisco. Somebody suggested that we do something
similar. I was quite enthusiastic about it. Kept
sending reminder mails, it was no use. The people
were
just not interested anymore. Sad, but true.
