Hi,
What I am trying to tell you , is that if you just perform a plain
installation of Fedora Core 3 OR RedHat 9 without configuring any
services
Then monitor the memory usage , you will find that your
memory is just utilized without starting any services .
This is bad because if you want to insatll this as a server
for Oracle / Weblogic / Mail / Postgresql
Or any services the application cannot be used for production.
Plz Help To solve this issue

First, *please* fix the line width to 72 chars. This looks horrible. Secondly, you're not going to get a decent reply if you make your question so damn ambiguous. Exactly which memory usage are you talking about? RAM / Swap? What? In either case there _will_ be memory usage. Its just that in the latter case there will be more memory usage. I really dont see any problem.
Please be more verbose regarding your problem.
Really then try to do something about it with few commands like
top free ps -o pid,vsz,rss,pmem,comm
etc.
do some analysis of those command's outputs, try to stuck somewhere and then ask for help on t list.
