"We are looking for hardworking-honest-sharp c/c++ hackers for TCS to work on low level system api's/network stacks/sniffers/memory profiling applications/etc. He/She can be a nonn-technical(ba/bcom/bsc/mcom))/technical(be/btech/mtech) graduate with some(1-3yr) experience for research and development on some core products."

Exceptions for non-technical canidates will be made for canidates who really are aces at the above. Previous experience at Open Source/Free Software based on the topics above can be demonstrated for such waivers. Waivers will be on a case to case basis.

I know there shall be many non-technical graduates who are aces in most of the fields i have worked in....much better that i can ever be. And hence i am pushing for this waiver in TCS for now. Please use this oppurtunity and write in with your case to me as soon as possible.
