I was doing some research on elearning capsules and found that a knowledge
dependency tree can be made without wasting any resources on analyzing which
tech to use or which platform to use (FOSS / NON FOSS).

Make individual folders, put content related to it be it a PDF or a DOC.
Make Shortcut files. Place them inside each other as per the dependency
