Eisodus Networks Private Limited is a company incubated in IIT Bombay and funded by eminent technologists and venture investors. The company is focusing on developing state of the art technology for broadband access. Towards this, the company has developed an innovative architecture called EisoAccess. This architecture will address the challenges of providing cost effective way of providing broadband access. Eisodus is the first of its kind to develop products and solutions to cater to emerging India and Asia Pacific markets in a converged telecom sector. Eisodus Networks is co-founded by academicians

from IIT Bombay and industry leaders.

We are now looking to sharpen the teams' skills further and intend to hand-pick the engineers to work on challenging projects. Current Openings. All openings require a good analytical problem solving attitude, a good degree and a quick learning ability. A good academic record will be an added advantage.

(1) Senior Hardware/Hardware Engineer

Qualification- Bachelors/Masters in Electrical Engineering from a reputed institute with 3-5 years of experience. Expertise- Experience in board level design. Preferably, should be well versed in board design of telecom and networking (switching) products. Good knowledge of high frequency and embedded system board. Knowledge of schematic capture packages (OrCad) a must. Knowledge of layout software (Allegro) an advantage.

Job Description- The person will be member of the team working on hardware design of an innovative multi-service access platform.

(2) Senior Software Engineer

Qualification- Bachelors/Masters in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science from a reputed institute with 3-7 years of experience. Expertise- Knowledge of network systems programming, protocol stacks like TCP/IP, SNMP, RMON and embedded systems programming. DSP programming experience will be desirable. A good knowledge of C-language is desirable.

Job Description- The person will be working on protocol stack implementation on embedded communication/network processor for the access products designed by the company.

(3) Software Engineer (Embedded Network System)

Qualification- Bachelors/Masters in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science with 3-5 years of experience. Expertise- Knowledge of TCP/IP, C programming and network protocol stacks. It will be desirable that he has completed a project of network protocol implementation on embedded system. Previous work with RTOS (rtLinux) an advantage.

Job Description- The person will be working on protocol stack implementation with RTOS on embedded processor.

Software Engineer (Network Management)

Qualification- Bachelors/Masters in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science with 2-5 years of experience. Good academic background with the following expertise.

Expertise- Knowledge of OOP, TCP/IP and SNMP a must. Must be comfortable with web programming with Java, J2EE. Knowledge of RDBMS Oracle is required. Knowledge of CORBA and TMN concepts will be an advantage.

Job Description- The person will be a member of the team developing Element Management System.
