Hi. Got this script running in a cron job daily. and its called slocate.cron
renice +19 -p $$ >/dev/null 2>&1 /usr/bin/updatedb -f "nfs,smbfs,ncpfs,proc,devpts" -e \ "/tmp,/var/tmp, /usr/tmp,/afs,/net"
Now it runs daily at a certain time. say 6 PM. I need to shift it to say 5 PM. I just cannot seem to find that option anywhere. I did a crontab -l but there is no listing for the script above.
I believe that the updatedb script is fairly standard, but i am unable to make the required change.
thank you for your help.

It usually runs at 2 minutes past 4, and is found in /etc/cron.daily on RedHat (and derivatives).
