On receiving the invitation from ICFOSS, we had a productive meetup on
2^nd of this month. As part of the meetup, FSCI along with other FOSS
communities had conveyed the information regarding contributions of the
communities in Kerala and concerns regarding various Free Software
related activities undertaken by ICFOSS. We were promised that the
minutes of the meeting will be published by ICFOSS later.
Since we (FSCI) are yet to see the minutes published, after a follow up
by one of our members and waiting for 3 weeks, FSCI is sending this mail
as a reminder and to enquire about the status of the same.

As you are aware the Community Meet up is scheduled on the coming
Saturday, 2nd November 2019 at 10 AM at ICFOSS Office, requesting you
to kindly confirm your participation, at the earliest, so that we can
Plan it accordingly.
The objective of this Meetup is to arrive/meet the expectation from
the/of the community towards ICFOSS Collaboration on FOSS related and
vice-versa.
As part of this meet, representatives from the community side to
provide a brief introduction about their activities, achievements, and
contributions [max:5 mins], which helps the peers. We also will get a
detailed brainstorming in FOSS activities.
Requesting your gracious presence in the scheduled meetup (maximum 3

community.
