We, the Indian community of Moodle users, are hosting Moodle Moot India 2016 on the 6th of Feb 2016 in Delhi. Moodle is a Free and Open Source software licensed in GNU General Public License (GPL). With over 10 years of development guided by social constructionist pedagogy, Moodle delivers a powerful set of learner-centric tools and collaborative learning environments that empower both teaching and learning.

This is the first Moodle Moot to be conducted in India and we hope this will spread awareness about Moodle and educational technology in general, especially in regards to eLearning and will also be an excellent opportunity to network with Moodle experts spread throughout the country.

The event will have the honor of having Mr. Martin Dougiamas (CEO and Founder of Moodle) and Ms. Michelle Chawla as the keynote speakers and other invited speakers from different sectors and background.

The event will help the educational stakeholders in: * Network with the Moodle users from all over the country. * Brainstorming with the Moodle community members about future pathway of Moodle. * Opportunity to discuss your Moodle future ideas with Mr. Martin Dougiamas - Founder of Moodle * Sharing your experience with the whole Moodle Community. * Discussing - Challenges and advantages of Moodle in Indian Context.
