accounts to tell people about WhatsApp’s new terms and condition. And
perhaps tell them about alternatives.
I have shared my matrix id for public communication and Signal for those
who already have my cell number.

I'd recommend Quicksy over Signal because Quicksy is as easy as WhatsApp/Signal and
still federated with any xmpp user.
Please share your thoughts on this.
