Very sadly the Commercial Organisations which have licensed the simputer from the simputer trust hae failed to realise and success on the commercial front due to lop sided strategies. Lets hope these are rectified such as to bring them back into the black asap.
May be, this explains why this product is yet to be a commercial success.

Mahesh, their commercial success has been a well know saga due to a whole lot of reasons. The closed source development process of the same is just another one of the reasons. The device is based on EOL'ed SA11xx designs from Intel with tussles between the manufacturers on a whole lot of issues.
We all hope and wish them best in all that they do. Probably we may need another esr flame to set things right...:D
