I doubt, most of work in implementing LTSP in schools can found in Linux_schools project http://linuxschools.tripod.com.They have a yahoogroup too.
Perhaps you should talk to Sanjeev of hohinc.org coverify@yahoo.com who started the computer lab in the school or Herald jj3kk@yahoo.com of linux_schools project.
