We've got a C# compiler featuring 90% of features , of which only one important feature is missing ... (rest are obscure, IMHO) .... A C compiler for .NET , we're going to recompile glibc into IL and allow people to just do "export CC=cscc" and compile ..
It's been about 1 1/2 years of work into the project ... and it's fully GPL'd ...
Btw, we're doing a *complete* replacement ... which includes the server components like "Microsoft Passport" and "Hailstorm" .... This comes under our Auth umbrella , which is being tested to death right now ..
