Having gone through all the above sites, it seems that the dividing line between the Indian and Chinese governments has gone down by a level.
My knowledge about the issue is restricted to these sites and IRC channels on freenode.net, so I would not make further comments. However it seems that Indian Express is covering the issue, and there has been a coverage on certain news channels.
