Is there anybody in India working on free software for film editing/ film subtitling etc etc? There are a lot of ngos wanting to convey messages thru the medium of small documentary films but the studio costs are beyond their meagre capacities since all studios use imported/propreitary hardware/software which is very costly . Does anybody know of ways to reduce costs of film production --specially post production costs (studio, ad films, clips etc)
