At the end of the day its up to your free will to determine are you interested in ``high quality technically superior software and extreme amounts of $$$" or are you interested in building a better society based on freedom and equality.
Or maybe even both!
At a technical level yes. But at a philosophical level not without self conflict and contradiction.
