On Aug 16th, a seminar - "Free Software - A Necessity for Sustainable Development?" has been organized at G.D. Birla Sabhaghar from 2 PM onwards.
The principal speaker is Richard Stallman, other speakers include Mr. Sitaram Yechuri, MP, and Dr. Puspa Bhargava, Vice Chairperson, National Knowledge Commission.
The program would be inaugerated by Dr. Debesh Das, Hon'ble MIC, Dept of IT, Govt of WB, and will be presided over by Prof. Sankar K. Sen.
