I downloaded the audio but looks like the speed of the tape was a bit slow,
the pace/tone of speech is shifted a bit lower. I checked at other time
points of the audio, but its all the same elsewhere. Is it something, only

Also, I have a suggestion. We should use speex for speech recordings instead
of Ogg Vorbis, as it will reduce the size of files drastically. speex is also
part of Ogg project, but is specifically a Speech Coding standard (patent-free
of course).
