Any web based inventory management software available

Hello luggers, Now our company have shifted to linux platform.Previuosly we wee using windows OS and tally for managing the company accounts.Now as we have migtared to linux we need some good web based accounting package which can be installed on our intranet server and all the users should have authenticated access to the web based accounting package(for example an application written in php+mysql+Apache) .Also one more reason to have central web based application is that on windows we have to install the accounting package on all the client workstations,but with this kind of web based application we wont need to install any client software and purchase seperate licence for all those client pc's. I have searched sourceforge.net,googled but with no results.Please point me to some useful links where i can get this kind of software package or if anybody does develope such application's feel free to contact. Hej All ! I m Yogesh from Bombay,India but now in Karlsk= rona,Sweden doing MSc (Telecom).I just found this group via linux.org websi= te.. Really nice mailing list and activites going.I m really missing my country out here ! I am just beginner to Linux and just ins= talled Knoppix/debian Linux on my laptop.I have also tried Slackware Live.R= eally nice OS. I have to work heavily on tcpdump and tcptrace = on Unix for Master Thesis work and hence now I m moving towards Linux inste= ad of windows.And its quite amazing OS.. The U.S. National Security Agency (NSA), also known as the codemakers and codebreakers cryptologic division within the Department of Defense, has helped to harden Linux with newly-released Security Enhanced Linux (SELinux) kernel modifications. The SELinux improvements mark a major breakthrough for Linux. Because of the NSA's contributions to the kernel, the new security features will now show up in mainstream distributions of Linux. SELinux was released by the NSA under the GNU GPL open source license. SELinux is essentially a Linux Kernel with a number of utilities that provide enhanced security functionality. Hey all, There is an immediate requirement for a system administrator at a GNU/Linux focused company located in Vashi. They are looking for someone having the following traits: - Should be a proficient GNU/Linux user - Should have the thirst for knowledge and willing to RTFM to get things working - Must have the ability to lead and take charge to execute projects - Good knowledge of DNS workings (not just BIND configuration) like MX, CNAME records and their effects - Should understand basic TCP/IP protocol suite (required to work with firewalls and NAT environs) - Must know IPTables based firewall configuration - Must be able to configure Squid web/cache proxy server (understanding of ACLs is a must) - Must know atleast one mail server configuration (Postfix expertise highly preferred) - Should be a very good at writing shell scripts utilising the regular tools like grep, sed, awk etc., The person they are looking for should be open-minded and willing to grow.
