Hi, I am looking for alternatives to BINd on an RHL 7.3 systems. I know about http://cr.yp.to/djbdns.html, but I am looking for something with less attitude problems ... Other than the two main contenders, there is also MaraDNS ( http://maradns.sourceforge.net/ ) IIRC. Thats about it (unless you consider the MS implementation). jakarta tomcat installation

I'm trying to startup jakarta tomcat. I downloaded and installed the Java SDK as instructed by the tomcat instructions. I set JAVA_HOME to the sdk directory. I run bin/startup.sh and my ssh window disappears. Nothing in the system or tomcat logs. Help on Qmail

Hello, Needed some help on Qmail & surprisingly I didnot find any answers to this in the Archives.... 1. How to safely Delete (empty) all qmail queues. 2. Any Simple console / graphic based Qmail log analyzer... to report # of Message sent / deffered / time etc... 3. Can someone help me write a script which does the following (or redirect me to some URL ).... (a) Available an email list in MySql (b) Write a script which will pickup one email at a time from MySql & sends a mail using the "MAIL" command... till end of DB. mail -s "SUBJECT HERE" email_from_mysql < message_text This is required to work in conjunction with Qmail. Hi guys, A mail from long time.I have just hear that thre is a drivers for SM56 internal modem of motorola I find the driver but they don't install on my sytem. The given RPM does install on my system. I am using RedHat 7.0.
