Check your firewall rules set in /etc/sysconfig/ipchains. By default,
incoming connections are disabled by the firewall.
You should consider joining your local linux users group. If you are in
Bombay, that would be ilug-bom. Send a mail to
linuxers-request(a)mm.ilug-bom.org.in with subscribe in the subject line.
If not, then check for you local lug.

Surely not through telnet. It might get fired up if you start X from command
line and then start netscape. But you won't be able to see anything. Try
VNC. It comes with RH 7.1
