This book is however about Unix and not GNU/Linux, so it will only serve the purpose of shell commands, learning vi, and ofcourse shell programming. I think the book will cost you about Rs.175/= But you can always find many many tutorials on the Net. These will be a good place to know about commands. Hi, Can someone suggest a solution for this lpr problem. When lpr command is given, lpq gives the following error message: ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ no space on remote; waiting for queue to drain ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ The machine through which the printer is connected is using Red Hat 7.0 and uses LPRing and the machine from where print command is given uses Red Hat 6.1 and uses lpr. Both the machines have more than 100 MB space free in / partition. The printing used to work fine a few days ago. Sendmail conf problems

Dear Linuxers, Please help me out with this. I have configured Sendmail as my mail server and have also installed imap. My problem is that i am able to send mail from my mail clients like Messenger but my incoming mail is handled by the linux system not my mail client. Please tell me as to how to disable this so that my Mail Clients are able to send and receive mail. Thanx in advance. Satish
