It seems the permissions for the maildirs are wrong. Just check if you have installed and configured qmail according to lwq. qmail query

Hi linuxers, Is it possible to have two instances of qmail running where one instance will handle remote mails and other will handle local mails. I know how to run multiple instances of qmail but could not find any information on how to make them handle remote and local mail seperatly. Please help. Hi tahir, The product was launched @ the IBM developerWorks Live! event in Mumbai. Eventually I ended up using the product. The interface looked pretty good and convenient to us ( as told to me by a CA) but I had a lot of trouble installing it due to it's dependencies. It comes bundled with a custom Linux Distro though. Still lots of scope for improvement. Configuring TV Tuner card

Hi all. I have a "Pinnacle PCTV Plus" tv tuner card. I have to pass "card=39" to the bttv module to get it working. The video and the audio work perfectly, but I am not able to change the channels. The "CARDLIST" file in the documentation of linux-2.4.7-10 source doesn't list this card to be supported (I use RHL7.2). But this source is pretty old now. Has anyone tried with the newest bttv driver or has anyone successfully configured this card in some other way? DNS problems.... on dialup

hi again, i am basically having problems connecting to web pages. ! most of the times.. the web page request returns with a unknown host error, i guess thats attributed ot the DNS once the pages load.. and they do load after i try a few times.. mostlly. ! they are preety much OK, so its not a conection of BW or ISP problem it seems. can anyone show me their resolv.conf on a dialup.. how can i maintain my own DNS lookup.. it it will help me with my problem. beleive me its really frustrating! regards rahul

LILO with BeOS

Hi Tanmay, my name is sachin and i have problem to be solved i am using linux rh and i got BeOS5 personal editon which has 1. readme [1 k] 2. lisence [some k] 3. floppy.img[1.4 M] 4. image.be [~500M] now problem is that it does not boot from floopy as i have it image.be from /src/beos where /src is on /dev/hdb3 and it is ext2 fs and it got 800 MB of space without image.be Now i want to boot into BeOS from lilo is there any way out for that? i read the artical for BeOS with lilo it says u require zbeos which i donot have [as u can see there is no file provided in that tar.gz which i listed above] can u provide me a link to the "zbeos" file for download -- ~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~= sachin(a)mediaibc.com MediaIBC ~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=

For starters, why don't you try hacking Anaconda or just base your distro on the minimal distribution of Debian. Once you know hoe the stuff works, you could start right from scratch. Beleive me, using Anaconda or the minimal distribution to build your own distro is just as exciting.
