Totally agree that is better than the other consumer ISPs in Mumbai. I
was merely giving you a data point since you solicited feedback re:
their service. The throughput is consistent around 226 Kbps. IMO, if
MTNL can get it's act together on the support end, they could give the
other ISPs a run for their money - you get a landline and Internet in
one package :)

Thanks, this gives me a data point. I have static IP and just logged
in to modem (FF 1.0.6 SuSE 9.3). Same problem, some of the graphics of
the pages do not load :( Time to follow up with the DLink guys. If you
could send me the firmware version it would be great.
