hi,
In order to port the kernel to a new microprocessor architecture, i need to write the machine specific code for the routines in the /arch directory. is that all, or other source files are to be modified as well?
note that i am not specifying any arcitecture, and leaving the question very generic. i want to know how much effort and skill one has to put to port the kernel. What all changes/addendums has he to make?
