Go for older people (I have grey hair) empower them. Actually it makes sense. The younger ones are brash, unstable and change jobs too fast. Besides, a person nearer to 30 will have additional practical experiance and use it to solve business problems faster and more efficiently.

I think I agree with you for this. But seriously wondering how can a person come to a number like 28. I think requirement could be phrased like - committed to employer and married to work .
Any idea how long will this thread go on ? We have had absolutely useless threads almost 50 messages long we already at 17.
