Evening Vaibhav,
Your Problem= local and remote domain name configured in sendmail are same.
domain1 = aaa.com domain2 = bbb.com
local Sendmail server in Mumbai....local users = user1.mumbai@aaa.com
<snip> This holds true for all the local user on Mumbai's local server. If you want to send, few user's email to Nagpur local server, then copule of things has to be done: 1. Configure local DNS with mum.aaa.com & nag.aaa.com. 2. Configure complex user routing for Nagpur's local server:
# Complex routing is appended here, followed by normal remote routing
#Ruser<@aaa.com> $#esmtp $@nag.aaa.com $: user < @ nag.aaa.com> #Ruser<@aaa.com.> $#esmtp $@nag.aaa.com $: user < @ nag.aaa.com.> or
Configure to use virtusertable file. 3. Configure DS value to IP_of_remote_live_server.
local Sendmail server in Nagpur....local users = user1.nagpur@aaa.com
<snip> Same to be done at this end also.
Regards, Animesh.
