Well, it's been possible with Windows NT for at least four years - using Citrix. Philip
I am not sure whether Citrix's ICA clients could access a desktop through a browser. Also Citrix's solution cost a _bomb_. Also VNC does the same thing but i am not sure it does it through a browser.
