hey Rony, i tried the F6 option and entered "noapic" at the prompt that popped up.. Just appended "noapic" after the string that was already there ending in "--" But it did not work; again showed the same error lines.

BTW what mobo? what cpu?. ALWAYS before you start an install get the hardware details.
