and so on........

Users will send mails with subject as say Browser: Unable to read XML pages

Users should be able to specify the subjects that they are interested in and get the mails for those subjects. Thus the issues will get better response.

Meanwhile, I believe that we should form a committee of interested personnel and get to the issue of properly sorting and analyzing the data that we have, and making better use of that DB.
