BTW you could install from the windows partition itself ...
your friends in this one -
- grub4dos
- kernel image and intrd image from hd-media (
http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/hardy/main/installer-i386/current/ima... ) 3. And the alternate installer iso on the windows partition.
Just an alternate method that worked awesome for me.
I can but i dont want to run ubuntu virtually...
