well, pine does support 2 and 4. mutt I don't know about. evolution may have most that you need. If all it doesn't have is 6 and 7, then adding support for that shouldn't be hard. 7 will be the easiest, so you can hack the evo code to do it for you. 6 will require a bit of snooping around. libre (ruby's regex parser) will help you there.
