HDFC is well within their rights to support/deny support to whatever platform it wishes. If you have a problem with their service then change banks ( and make a lot of noise while doing so ;-) ).
I doubt if petitions work at all. The best you can do urge like-minded HDFC customers to leave too and make sure the bank knows the reason.
