Did you mean that you are connected with BSNL 3G or you weren't able to connect at all ? I am confused how did you send this email ?
BSNL 3G does not work in Mumbai. I am in a cybercafe. And bsnl 3G has a hybrid mode for falling back to 2G which should work in Mumbai - but I do not yet know how to activate the hybrid mode. I was in erode district (which has only 2G) and my friend with windows had the hybrid mode and could access. I could not.
