You seem not to have been on *any* other mailing list. That is standard netiquette. If you dont want to adhere to and respect what this community stands for, then you dont deserve to get any help from here.
I had never needed to use the kill file before on this list .. Looks like all these folks will go in there. That's seems to be the best solution as bandwidth cost's have come down. :)
