There is no build for 64-bit x86_64 systems (AMD64 / EMT64) yet. I wonder whats stops them from releasing a x86_64 build, given that most new PCs on the market are 64-bit.

A mere gnome-terminal takes about 10MB resident memory! How much does the windows version of google desktop take?
