Can you people suggest me any TV tuner card and related things? What I want from it is:
- It MUST work on Linux (Mostly Debian/Ubuntu)
- It should have AV Composite so that I can play my playstation on
computer with sound 3) It should be relatively easy to configure. I'd prefer autodetection 4) It should be avaliable in Mumbai market .... grant road.
I tried My friend's BT878P+ Pixelview, It works fine and is autodetected, Only problem is, It has only AV Composite -- Video wire, i.e Yellow, there is no Audio Left-Right female thing on the card, So I never got to try it with sound
Hauppage make excellent TV cards (http://www.hauppage.com), and AFAIK have manufacturer provided Linux support. No idea if they're available in Bombay though - it's been a few years since I last visited Lamington Road.
Look at http://www.linuxtv.org for details.
