Yes. that is correct. I tried sending mails from yahoo to the list-request address and they worked. I guess it could be something network related. We sometimes have connectivity loss (rarely) and the DNS servers dont respond.
But then, if its happening for several users, then i wonder how to trace the problem. Suggestions anyone?
However, additionally the list mails are not being accepted by yahoo as of now. We've taken corrective measures and hope it will be fixed as soon as possible.
