TCS (for a software for some business process) and others jerks from Australia, USA etc. All the applications were filed in 2002. The patent office publishes applications every week. http://patentoffice.nic.in/ipr/patent/journal_archieve/ patent_journal_2005.htm We should scrutinise them and alert FSF India where ever software / computers / electronics and prior art is involved.
