I am new Linux learner, I would like setup internet proxy server in redhat Linux 3.0 AS. Can somebody help me out?
This will make yr proxy an open relay, which you definitely dont want. make sure you allow only your local subnet out thru the proxy. <snip>
That's true. That can only be start point to make it work. Rest of tuning and security is to read squid document.
