If you have a mail reader, even with minor threading qualities, you will notice that we have not done what you claim we have done. I accept we should have changed the subject line. But the resulting thread did not grow nor were there any participants other than the two of us. We now have a third, and so I am changing the subject line appropriately.
While we are at it, please do not top post and please trim your post such as they contain only relevant quoting -- not the entire message.
