Has anyone configured Reliance Netconnect ZTE Chipset Model AC2736 on Ubuntu Desktop Linux 10.04 ?
Using of Netconnect in Ubuntu 10.04 series and 10.10 is changed now. Before we have to use wvdial to configure netconnect.
Ubuntu has introduced USBSwitchmode and USBModem this two packages in Ubuntu apt repo.
Try to install this two package and then connect your Reliance netconnect it will directly get connected, shows Netconnect in top panel network item. May you have to edit preferences of you netconnect with username and password. It will work.
