Try easy recovery professional. If your new data hasnt overwritten your VB data it should recover it from the hard disk. I have recovered 100% data from a formatted hard disk.

Hi folks,
Yesterday, I had to format my drive, so i took a back up of the data on a CD. After re-formating my drive and installing the OS, I found that, my CD had a bad TOC. I cannot read a single file. All the data is there, because, when i open a file using notepad or kate, kwrite, etc... i can see some data that is supposed to exist in some other file.
I got hold of a software badcopy, using the software i could recover most of my data. I havent been able to get my visual basic data back, which i need desperately.
Anybody, faced with such problems before? Can anybody guide me?
